HOW DO I CONFIRM A BOOKING?

HOW DO I KNOW THE VILLAS ARE REAL AND AS DESCRIBED?

DO YOU HAVE BABY EQUIPMENT? DOES IT COST EXTRA?

To confirm a booking, we take an immediate payment by bank transfer to NG rental and then a second payment by bank transfer direct to the owners account within 7 days of the confirmation. Once we have established the dates and you have agreed to the price, let Nadia know you want to confirm, and she will send you coordinates for the payments.

We only work with villas that we have verified personally, whether we provide the full service management or just promote the villa.

 

ALL of our villas are within no more than a 30 minute drive from our homes, we have visited them all and have direct personal relationships with all the owners.

 

We take all the photographs personally, and inspect all the villas in tremendous detail before we agree to manage or promote them.

 

That said, however, we understand that you are far away and careful, and have heard the horror stories...and we have proof of ownership documents for every villa we manage. If you would like to see these, just ask and we will send by email.

We provide baby cots and high chairs for every villa, free of charge. You need to book your baby equipment in advance, so we know to have it in the villa and prepared for your stay.
